Renting Is A Stepping Stone To Homeownership
Many agents look at renters as as a waste of their time.
I got into real estate because I love to actually help people reach their homeownership dreams. If renting is the first step on your path to homeownership while you get your credit together and prepare yourself for such a large purchase, I am here to help you get there.
It’s my job to meet you where you are in life, and get you where you want to be in the future.

THE renting PROCESS
Hire an agent like myself who will help you narrow down your needs in a rental.
Prepare funds for things like security deposit, and start your search with your agent.
As your agent I advocate for you in the boxing ring. Put in your application, and I will represent you in a positive light to the best of my ability.
Signing a lease can be a scary task, and it's my job to walk you through and be sure that the lease you're signing meets your needs.

My job is to meet you where you are in the process of finding a home. If you’re not ready to buy, you aren’t ready to buy. Buying will always be a better investment of your money – but if it’s not the right time for you I will never shame you or push you into making a purchase if it’s not within your current timeline.
Deposits are typically the cost of the first months rent, and application fees vary anywhere from $35-100 depending on the rental. Consult with your agent for pricing.
