After following all of my recommendations to prepare your home for the market, we will start the marketing process with professional photo + video + ads + post cards and more!


After activating your listing we will continue to aggressively market your home in many ways including Open Houses, gift boxes to neighbors and SO MUCH MORE! **We don't want to give it all away here. 😉


As the offers roll in, we will sit down and discuss each offer in detail to find one that is the best fit for you and your family.  We will accept an offer & allow them to meet all of their contingencies!

When working with the right agent, the first weekend your home goes on the market should be fairly packed with showings along with an Open House being held.  To avoid having to pack up your life/animals/children every time a showing request comes through – I always recommend just planning to be out of the house most of that first weekend that we go active.  After that weekend, showings may slow down a bit and you may return to your normal daily life but will still need to be ready to head out for any last minute showings.

Since I do a customized approach for each new listing they will vary in what packages are needed to get your home sold.  Commission is ALWAYS negotiable.  But if you ask the internet, average is around 4-6%

I cover the cost of ALL marketing needs for your home.. So yes – this includes staging, videography and more.

No, you are free to decline or negotiate any offers that you receive.  There are no requirements to accept.

Typically, we receive our best offers within the first weekend of going active on the market.
